UltraFlora Femme is scientifically designed to support a healthy vagina, enhance urogenital flora and support the vaginal microbiome as used in traditional Western health and Ayurvedic medicines. This specialised formula includes probiotic strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus (GR-1™) and Lactobacillus reuteri (RC-14™) to restore balance within the vaginal microbiome. 

UltraFlora Femme also features GutGard® Liquorice, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support vaginal health, relieve inflammation, and reduce excessive vaginal discharge. It helps alleviate symptoms such as burning sensations and irritation during urination associated with urinary tract infections*. Additionally, Vitamin C and Vitamin D are included to support a healthy immune system and urogenital integrity.

Packaged in Metagenics' innovative Activ-Vial™ desiccant-lined bottle, the probiotic strains in UltraFlora Femme remain potent and effective without refrigeration until product expiry. Simply take one vegetable capsule daily to support vaginal health.

*Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a common form of medically diagnosed cystitis.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Frequently asked questions

Can I take UltraFlora Femme alongside antibiotics?

UltraFlora Femme contains strains that help to restore "good bacteria" in the urogenital tract which can be thrown out of balance by certain medications. If taking antibiotics, we recommend separating by at least two hours.

Why doesn't UltraFlora Femme need to be kept in the fridge?

Probiotics are sensitive to environmental exposure such as heat, moisture and air, which cause damage and die off. Metagenics uses next generation packaging, Activ-Vial™ technology with a moisture absorbing desiccant built into the bottle wall. This provides superior protection from the elements and stabilises the probiotics, keeping them live and effective, negating the need for refrigeration.

Is UltraFlora Femme suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Although there are no expected unwanted side effects, we would recommend that you seek the advice of your healthcare professional before using UltraFlora Femme.
