The Mini Tablet for Menopause: Estrovera Explained

Menopause - one simple word can conjure a range of emotions, often negative, in anticipation of symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbances, mood swings and libido challenges. While every woman’s menopause journey is different, 41% of women experiencing menopausal symptoms say they do not have an existing solution.¹

The symptoms of menopause vary widely with common symptoms including;²'³

  • Hot flushes;
  • Sleep disturbance;
  • Mood swings;
  • Fatigue;
  • Low libido;
  • Vaginal dryness;
  • Muscle aches;
  • and joint pain.

Thankfully, Estrovera® provides a plant-derived option to help you overcome these uncomfortable menopausal symptoms. Formulated with a clinically-proven, plant-derived ingredient known as ERr 731®, Estrovera reduces hot flushes, relieves vaginal dryness, supports healthy libido, decreases irritability and restless sleep, improves muscle aches and mild joint pain and reduces fatigue associated with menopause. In this blog, we answer the top 6 questions we get asked about Estrovera.

1. What makes Estrovera different?

Estrovera contains ERr 731®, a plant extract of Siberian rhubarb that has been recommended by healthcare Practitioners globally for menopause symptom management for over three decades.⁴ ERr 731® has been clinically proven, through extensive research including randomised controlled trials, to safely and effectively reduce menopausal symptoms. In fact, we surveyed more than 400 women taking Estrovera, and found;

  • 90% noticed improvements in hot flushes⁵
  • 70% experienced improvement in sleep disturbances⁵
  • 52% noticed improvements with vaginal dryness⁵

2. Can Estrovera be taken alongside medications?

Yes, Estrovera® can be taken alongside many common medications used to manage menopause symptoms. However, it is best to discuss Estrovera with a healthcare Practitioner to understand the suitability for your personal circumstances.

3. How long does it take to work?

You can expect to feel symptom relief in as little as four weeks! Clinical trials demonstrate relief of hot flushes from four weeks,⁶ with further improvements in sleep issues, mood swings, fatigue, low libido, vaginal dryness and muscle and joint pain within 12 weeks.⁷'⁸

4. How does Estrovera work & does it contain oestrogen?

Estrovera® does not contain oestrogen. Instead, natural compounds within ERr 731® (Siberian rhubarb) work to influence the body’s sensitivity to the fluctuating levels of oestrogen common in perimenopause. This can lessen the shock of intense hormonal fluctuations which can trigger menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes.⁷'⁸

5. Can Estrovera be taken long-term?

Yes, Estrovera is suitable for long-term use. A two-year observational study showed that ERr 731® (Siberian rhubarb) reduced menopausal symptoms with no safety concerns reported.8 ERr 731® has been trusted by healthcare Practitioners globally to manage menopause symptoms for more than 30 years.⁴

6. What should I do if I miss a dose?

It is best to take your Estrovera® dose at the same time every day to regulate symptom fluctuations. If you miss a dose, simply get back to your normal dosing schedule as soon as possible.
