Femme Essentials Multivitamin and Mineral is formulated to provide key nutrients including the full spectrum of B vitamins, plus easily absorbed minerals specifically for women's daily health and wellbeing.

Broccoli sprout powder is included as a rich source of antioxidant compounds to help clear free radicals from the body and support healthy reproductive hormone balance and provide relief of premenstrual tension. It contains iron and B vitamins for energy production and calcium for healthy bones and muscle function.

Take one tablet daily to support vitality and full body wellness.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.

Contains 45mg potassium per tablet.
