Super Mushroom Complex is expertly crafted to promote healthy immune system function using a unique blend of four powerful mushroom extracts: Cordyceps, Coriolus, Reishi, and Shiitake. Directions

Adults: For acute: Add 1 level metric teaspoon (2.7g) to 125mL of water, three times daily for five days.
Adults: For chronic: Add 1 level metric teaspoon (2.7g) to 125mL of water daily.
