The blend of traditional Chinese herbs and essential nutrients helps to relieve both emotional and physical premenstrual symptoms. Additionally, Vitex agnus-castus is included for its ability to normalise menstrual cycle irregularities and reduce cramping. To support your menstrual health naturally take two vegetarian capsules twice daily.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
