How does magnesium give me energy?

When can I start to notice a difference with EnergyX?

Every individual is different when it comes to metabolising and absorbing nutrients. However, with activated B vitamins, EnergyX is a fast acting formula that works rapidly to reduce physical and mental fatigue. Some individual's may notice a difference within the first day!

What is EnergyX sweetened with?

EnergyX does not contain any artificial sweeteners, flavours or added sugar. Instead, it uses stevia, a plant-based and non-caloric sweetener.

I have noticed that when I take products containing magnesium, I experience soft stools or diarrhea. Should I stop taking it?

At Metagenics, we use a specific form of high-quality magnesium known as magnesium bisglycinate or Meta Mag®. This form of magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine, which improves its bioavailability and absorption. It is also gentler on the stomach and less likely to cause gastrointestinal upsets. However, some people may still experience loose stools or diarrhea when taking high doses of magnesium. If this happens, try reducing your dose by half, e.g. Instead of taking two serves per day, cut down to one serve. You can then gradually increase it over a week or two to find the optimal dose for you.
