CalmX helps to relieve the symptoms of stress, supports a healthy stress response and neuroendocrine function. CalmX features Meta Mag® (Magnesium bisglycinate), an exclusive, easily absorbed form of magnesium, along with essential nutrients like taurine, potassium citrate, vitamin B6, and vitamin C. Directions

Adults: Add 2 level scoops (12.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

When should I take CalmX?

CalmX is perfect for daily use, to be taken once or twice daily, preferably morning and afternoon, with meals.

I have noticed that when I take products containing magnesium, I experience soft stools or diarrhea. Should I stop taking it?

At Metagenics, we use a specific form of high-quality magnesium known as magnesium bisglycinate or Meta Mag®. This form of magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine, which improves its bioavailability and absorption. It is also gentler on the stomach and less likely to cause gastrointestinal upsets. However, some people may still experience loose stools or diarrhea when taking high doses of magnesium. If this happens, try reducing your dose by half, e.g. Instead of taking two serves per day, cut down to one serve. You can then gradually increase it over a week or two to find the optimal dose for you.
